Background

When you register at SugarVOD.com, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your orders and to communicate with you about the status of your orders. When you first register at SugarVOD.com, we ask for your email address and a password. This information will not be given to any third parties, and will be used solely for identification and authorization purposes, and in the event that we need to contact you on a SugarVOD.com related matter.

When you place your first order for the Unlimited Rental program, we ask you for your full name, physical address, telephone number and credit card number so we can ship your order. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. You must certify that you are at least 18 years old. (People under 18 cannot use SugarVOD.com's services.) Our server stores this information so that placing future orders will be quicker and easier. If you want to update your address or change credit cards, go to Your Account and make the appropriate changes. You must be signed in to access Your Account.

We also track your order and billing history so you can access Your Account and immediately determine which DVDs you've rented and how you paid for them. This information is also used to remove rented titles from your recommendations list. This information is password-protected. No one has access to it but you.

Email Options

When registering for SugarVOD.com, you have the option to subscribe to various email programs. You can change these choices by going to the SugarVOD.com My Account page, under E-Mail Preferences and making your changes.

Viewing and Updating Your Information on SugarVOD.com

You can always access the information you have provided to SugarVOD.com by going to "My Account". You can make changes to this information to update your account anytime.

Cookies

As you browse the SugarVOD.com site, cookies are placed on your computer’s hard drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive.) Cookies allow us to track the items you select as you shop, and help us match your address and credit card information with your order so you don’t need to retype the information each time you visit our site.
